In 2016, a radical school of K-12 students from all margins of Brooklyn, NY are given the power to govern their school according to the basic rules of democracy, and then Donald Trump is elected President of the United States. “Wild Brownstone” is a poetically moving and collective coming-of-age portrait of New York City youths as they navigate the chaos of everyday life and future society in a most unusual school year.
